Just a question. Is this fact or a psyop to keep us off the computers. Any ideas?

    • ian says:

I mean does wi-fi have enough grunt to kill us. I know weapons using microwave energy will be nasty, but if phones are ok if you keep them away from your head, I thought wi-fi might be similar. You can tell I really know what I’m talking about here, can’t you. You’re reading this thinking, what a plonker.

      • ferryt says:

Haha. You do make me chuckle Ian.

As a general rule if you have a
weak signal you will be exposed to a higher ‘dose’ shall we say.

I think WiFi is banned in some schools because of the risks. Can’t remember where (unlikely to be the UK!)

Checkout the powerlines I mentioned if you’re concerned Ian..

        Trower is for real.

Radiation is cumulative the harm is proportional to exposure 2.4GHz is the same frequency as your microwave oven, read the warning labels.

i worked with a chap who died as a result ( military radar installation operator ) yes his hair fell out first.

Thanks to Bush & Blair you all have inhaled and eaten some “depleted” uranium, an ill wind blows. Add Fukushima to that now. See Aldermaston High Capacity Filter data graph the peaks correspond to the wars. The decay of any radionuclide can be hastened via electromagnetic radiation ie microwave or those airport “cancer scanners” see TSA cancer clusters. Add the two together and you have an increased level of harm as a result damage being localised adjacent to the ingested radionuclide.

Why are so many people you know getting cancer ?

      • sovereigntea says:

Much of the information on microwave safety levels has been removed from the internet an ongoing campaign by the PTB. Compare the old Soviet safety levels or even the modern Russian figures with the western nations. The science of EMF cares not about borders or dogma the safety figures should be the same. The old Soviet figures are orders of magnitute lower than the levels we are exposed to 24/7.

Worst affected are the police and emergency services.

Ex-Police Sergeant Ray Savage discusses the dangers of Terta (airwave radio) and exposure to electromagnetic radiation, which can cause cancers, brain damage and genetic deformities. Filmed at the Balcombe Fracking Protests surrounded by police officers.

I believe the general consensus for WiFi is it’s not good for you. Especially if you have young children around. Hard to avoid in this age and it’s invisible which doesn’t help.

I run ethernet over ‘powerlines’ at home where I can. The kits are cheap (5-10£) for a basic set that will run more then enough bandwidth. Pretty much all my kit that’s online is wired up with powerlines bar tablet / mobiles.

They’re much faster than wireless and seem way more reliable. Plug one into your router and another into your PC laptop or whatever and away you go.

It doesn’t eliminate wireless unless you disable that on your router. It will greatly reduce your exposure though and as I say it’s way more reliable and faster.

PC world have them (not that I’m a fan, it can be convenient though).

RussCNIRP strongly advises against WIFI in schools
    Russia Created: 28 Jun 2012
Recommendations of the Russian National Committee on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection of the necessity to regulate strictly the use of Wi-Fi in kindergartens and schools.

    June 19, 2012. Moscow, Russia.

Mobile cellular communication is getting more popular among children of different ages.
Children excel adult population in the mobile phone calls use. At the same time, there is a daily brain exposure of EMF RF.
In addition, all children are constantly exposed of EMF RF from base stations. The problem of the children’s health maintenance in the development of wireless communications was set up as priority by World Health Organization.

Electromagnetic radiation from Wi-Fi creates an additional burden for the child brain, whose body is in a state of development and the formation of mental activity. During this period, children are most susceptible to adverse environmental factors (WHO, publication number 3, April 2003).
It is necessary to note that the existing standards have been developed, without consideration of this additional exposure of EMF.

    RussCNIRP consider necessary:

    1. Ministry of Health and other organizations, responsible for the population safety (including children), should pay attention to the regulation of Wi-Fi use in kindergartens and schools; to the strengthening of sanitary control of the Wi-Fi using and to the development of an appropriate regulatory framework.

    2. To recommend the usage of wired networks in schools and educational institutions, rather than a network using wireless broadband systems, including Wi-Fi.

One other thing before I forget. Running wireless routers and extenders.

Most of them operate on the same or similar channels (frequencies) by default. This will increase your exposure since as I understand the amplitude will be increased. You can reduce this by running on ‘clear’ channels. Useful app for android phones for sniffing who is running what channels is here:

    http://m.en.softonic.com/app/wifi-analyzer/android

I thought this was on f-droid (open source app store) but I can’t find it.

Useful app though and should help you reduce your exposure. If you live nearby other wifi I think you’ll be surprised at the results you see. Just change your router or
extender so it runs on a clear channel.

    • sovereigntea says:

A very keen observation. If you are “lucky” enough to be surrounded by neighbours with WiFi then you will be immersed in an electrosmog comprising multiple in and out of phase microwaves in laymans terms this means that the amplitude of the waveforms will sometimes cancel each other out and sometimes add up resulting in greaters exposure.

Also consider that bluetooth operates within the same 2,4Ghz envelope. If you are unlucky enough to work at Wickes DIY then they expect you to strap one of these devices to your head & wear it all day – insanity.

Also consider the baby monitor another 2.4Ghz device which many people leave in their precious little ones cot every night.

I’m just being lazy here but you will likely know. What are the frequencies broadcast that we have no choice over? In terms of potential damage eg Sat, TV, radio, whatever else they don’t tell us about?

Also where did the name Bluetooth come from? It seems sinister to me (not really important though).

      • sovereigntea says:

The issue is far more complex than merely frequency there are many factors that determine harm or the potential for it.

There is plenty you are not told about. Individuals or groups have been targeted with microwave radiation in the past.

        Re choice you have none.

What I mean is this slow kill will surely affect them too. They can’t be that psychopathic can they? Oh wait..

Apologies for my language above ST. I tend to get emotional after a few ales and sometimes it all gets a bit much. Really wasn’t questioning your integrity. I thoroughly enjoy your posts; they are most educational and eye opening.

What it all comes down to, is that we have to make choices and with that choice comes responsibility.
Schools kindling their books in place of ipads and laptops is also a step backwards, but obviously for the likes of Gove being soo close with Google, would rather that children leave their brains and thinking behind and let the government and Google dictate their thoughts for them.

Since elite schools like Eton are known to have their computers hardwired to the ethernet routers, has it occurred to anyone that masses of microwave emitting devices in the schools of the plebians may be a stealth eugenics program to ensure that the kids come out the other side like good little delta’s i.e. physically smaller, smaller brains, lower intelligence, shorter attention (and life) spans etc. This will be the effect of all this radiation and it has not escaped my attention that this may be deliberate.

  10. Dogman says:

99 percent of the population continue to use WiFi and other wireless devices without a second thought, but a growing number of people are becoming increasingly concerned with the health issues surrounding the use of these technologies. Didier Bellens happens to be one of these people. What makes Mr. Bellens different is that he also runs Belgacom, the largest telecommunications company in Belgium. His concern is such that not only has he chosen to do without WiFi on the 27th floor of Belgacom where his office is situated, he also chooses to do without a cell phone; only taking calls on the office’s land line.
Does Mr. Bellem know something we don’t?
You would think as the president of Belgacom, Bellens might choose to be a little less vocal about his concerns surrounding the use of WiFi and cell phones; however, he has no qualms about educating others about these issues, especially those of the younger generation. As Bellens explains, “during the day, it is better to use a headset because the GSM, it heats.” He goes on to say. “The waves are dangerous. At night, it is better to shut it off.”

Bellens’ claims may not be as outlandish as they may first seem. In early 2011, the World Health Organization (WHO) classified radiation from devices like cell phones and WiFi as a ‘Possible Human Carcinogen’ (Class 2B).
In 2007, the BioInitiative Working Group reviewed 30 years of scientific studies documenting bio-effects and adverse health effects from these electromagnetic field (EMF) exposures. It concluded that “the existing public safety limits are inadequate.” The newly published 2012 Bioinitiative report written by 29 independent scientists from around the world says the situation is much worse than thought in 2007.

  11. Dogman says:

Every day, we’re swimming in a sea of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) produced by electrical appliances, power lines, wiring in buildings, and a slew of other technologies that are part of modern life. From the dishwasher and microwave oven in the kitchen and the clock radio next to your bed, to the cellular phone you hold to your ear—sometimes for hours each day—exposure to EMR is growing and becoming a serious health threat.

But there’s a huge public health crisis looming from one particular threat: EMR from cellular phones—both the radiation from the handsets and from the tower-based antennas carrying the signals—which studies have linked to development of brain tumors, genetic damage, and other exposure-related conditions.1-9 Yet the government and a well-funded cell phone industry media machine continue to mislead the unwary public about the dangers of a product used by billions of people. Most recently, a Danish epidemiological study announced to great fanfare the inaccurate conclusion that cell phone use is completely safe.10

George Carlo, PhD, JD, is an epidemiologist and medical scientist who, from 1993 to 1999, headed the first telecommunications industry-backed studies into the dangers of cell phone use. That program remains the largest in the history of the issue. But he ran afoul of the very industry that hired him when his work revealed preventable health hazards associated with cell phone use.

In this article, we look at why cell phones are dangerous; Dr. Carlo’s years-long battle to bring the truth about cell phone dangers to the public; the industry’s campaign to discredit him and other scientists in the field; and what you can do to protect yourself now.

Cell Phones Reach the Market without Safety Testing
The cellular phone industry was born in the early 1980s, when communications technology that had been developed for the Department of Defense was put into commerce by companies focusing on profits. This group, with big ideas but limited resources, pressured government regulatory agencies—particularly the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)—to allow cell phones to be sold without pre-market testing. The rationale, known as the “low power exclusion,” distinguished cell phones from dangerous microwave ovens based on the amount of power used to push the microwaves. At that time, the only health effect seen from microwaves involved high power strong enough to heat human tissue. The pressure worked, and cell phones were exempted from any type of regulatory oversight, an exemption that continues today. An eager public grabbed up the cell phones, but according to Dr. George Carlo, “Those phones were slowly prompting a host of health problems.”

Today there are more than two billion cell phone users being exposed every day to the dangers of electromagnetic radiation (EMR)—dangers government regulators and the cell phone industry refuse to admit exist. Included are: genetic damage, brain dysfunction, brain tumors, and other conditions such as sleep disorders and headaches.1-9 The amount of time spent on the phone is irrelevant, according to Dr. Carlo, as the danger mechanism is triggered within seconds. Researchers say if there is a safe level of exposure to EMR, it’s so low that we can’t detect it.

The cell phone industry is fully aware of the dangers. In fact, enough scientific evidence exists that some companies’ service contracts prohibit suing the cell phone manufacturer or service provider, or joining a class action lawsuit. Still, the public is largely ignorant of the dangers, while the media regularly trumpets new studies showing cell phones are completely safe to use. Yet, Dr. Carlo points out, “None of those studies can prove safety, no matter how well they’re conducted or who’s conducting them.”

The Hidden Dangers of Cell Phone Radiation by Sue Kovach

  12. Dogman says:

Five ninth-grade young women from Denmark recently created a science experiment that is causing a stir in the scientific community.

It started with an observation and a question. The girls noticed that if they slept with their mobile phones near their heads at night, they often had difficulty concentrating at school the next day. They wanted to test the effect of a cellphone’s radiation on humans, but their school, Hjallerup School in Denmark, did not have the equipment to handle such an experiment. So the girls designed an experiment that would test the effect of cellphone radiation on a plant instead.

The students placed six trays filled with Lepidium sativum, a type of garden cress into a room without radiation, and six trays of the seeds into another room next to two routers that according to the girls calculations, emitted about the same type of radiation as an ordinary cellphone.

Over the next 12 days, the girls observed, measured, weighed and photographed their results. Although by the end of the experiment the results were blatantly obvious — the cress seeds placed near the router had not grown. Many of them were completely dead. While the cress seeds planted in the other room, away from the routers, thrived.
