Thomas Hamilton ran clubs and camps for boys and had access to the Queen Victoria School, in Dunblane, a boarding school run by the Ministry of Defence.

“Information received by The Daily Telegraph ( Call for Sea Cadet inquiry after sex abuse case – Telegraph) said that Waters was caught in a compromising act with a young cadet while he was commanding the Clapton unit of the Sea Cadets in London in the early 1980s.
Reportedly, Waters was reassigned to another unit, and continued to rise up the ranks of the organisation.
Waters was appointed superintendent of the Sea Cadet training centre in Portsmouth in 1996.
Waters was a member of the Sea Cadet Council, the highest body of the corps.
The Sea Cadets confirmed that it was aware “that a report was made by a Sea Cadet officer who had concerns about Waters” in the early 1980s but said that allegations had “not been substantiated”.
In 2006, Jersey Police, in the UK, were investigating child abuse by ‘carers’.
The commanding officer of the Jersey Sea Cadets was arrested for downloading pornographic images including some involving sea cadets.
The attitude of the Sea Cadet authorities of that time ’caused great concern’. (Cached)
There were several convictions for sexual offences involving officers of Jersey Sea Cadets.
Police began noticing links between the victims in those cases and other institutions on the island, including Haut de la Garenne.
Police call off Sea Cadets abuse inquiry
It was announced, in September 2008, that the police investigation of alleged child abuse at the Jersey Sea Cadets has been abandoned.
The Jersey police claim there is insufficient evidence.

If this one really blew up it would take the whole establishment up with it. Just sayin’ as the twat with the tats would say…
Judging by disclosures of depravity/satanic child abuse historic & current, the entire est. should be purged completely.
THE inquiry into the Dunblane massacre was a massive cover-up, a top Scots Freemason has sensationally claimed. Former Grand Master Lord Burton says that Lord Cullen’s official probe suppressed crucial information to protect high-profile legal figures. He says they may belong to a secretive “super-Mason” group called The Speculative Society. Some had links to Dunblane’s Queen Victoria School -where gunman Thomas Hamilton was allowed to roam free before the 1996 atrocity. And Lord Burton revealed that he was bullied and threatened by other peers when he tried to raise his concerns in the House of Lords.
Last night the 79-year-old aristocrat said: “There’s no escaping the fact that there’s something sinister about the whole affair.” He was prompted into action after reading in the News of the World last month that police are investigating claims that pupils at QVS were regularly taken away and sexually abused. The Cullen Inquiry failed to investigate why suspected paedophile Hamilton was allowed to wander around the school whenever he liked, running camps and using the shooting range.
Murder
Former housemaster Glenn Harrison told us how he even found Hamilton, 43, creeping around the dormitories at night. He said Hamilton, who murdered 16 pupils and a teacher at Dunblane Primary School in 1996, had close links to a top cop. Glenn said he was aghast that he was never called to give evidence at the Cullen Inquiry. He said: “I was one of the people who was making a fuss about Hamilton long before he killed those children, but no one wanted to listen.” Now Lord Burton has contacted him at his new home in the Shetland Islands, saying he believes Glenn wasn’t called to give evidence to avoid the embarrassment of top legal names being dragged into it.

The whole thing was a set up to take the guns away from the landowners and country dwellers. We have gone up in crime ever since. We have been played for the benevolent and tolerant fools that we are. Good people preyed on by their own. The enemy knows what it is doing.
Sounds like a profitable “for the gangsters” false flag event. Get rid of the kids with stories to tell, and Thomas loose cannon Hamilton, and stick in a few new gun laws too. I used to shoot a lot of the time. Nothing organised and I followed the guidelines of, if you shoot it, then you ate it. When I was 16, “not yesterday”, you could get shotguns out of your mam’s club book, Grattans and Brian Mills, etc. You got your licence at the post office for 5 shillings, and the gun stood behind the telly in the corner. Although I heard of an accident or two, I only ever heard of one deliberate killing locally, and it was by the police during a “domestic”.
I no longer shoot as I suffer from depression, “little wonder these days”, however I miss it. The general public have been conditioned to fear guns over the last few years, but it wasn’t always like this.
