Sandra Fecht explains how to deal with the real world. Victims of Satanic abuse talk about their experiences.

She was born to two parents both suffering from PTSD after WW2.  This gave her an understanding of how to deal with the stresses of trauma.  Symptoms are friends.  Unresolved trauma will manifest in a hundred different ways, and so the trauma needs working out.  That means it has to be faced.  Otherwise you’ll go through life acting out behaviour that’s not great to live with, and being sick/ill.  Fear feels real, but it isn’t real.  It’s a memory.  She goes on.

After her a man talks of his life as a young boy inside his family that included his grandfather, the leader of a Satanic Cult.   The memory of what happened to him took years to resurface.   You should listen to it.
