In response to a question by Chris Jones regarding Agenda 21 For Dummies. “This is great. It’d be good to see a similar summary outlining Britain’s involvement in Agenda 21.” The official response from HMG Department of Energy & Climate Change is made clear in a freedom of information Geoengineering and Solar Radiation Management request here and here.
The SPICE Project
SPICE (Stratospheric Particle Injection for Climate Engineering) is an EPSRC, NERC and STFC co-funded 3½ year collaboration between the University of Bristol, the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford and the University of Edinburgh which began in October 2010.
The SPICE project is investigating the effectiveness of Solar Radiation Management (SRM). SRM involves offsetting the effects of greenhouse gas increases by causing the Earth to absorb less radiation from the Sun.
What is geoengineering?
Geoengineering has been defined by the Royal Society (2009) as: “the deliberate large-scale manipulation of the planetary environment to counteract anthropogenic climate change”. One category of geoengineering techniques is Solar Radiation Management (SRM) in which one attempts to control global temperatures via altering the global energy flux; either by reducing short wave isolation or increasing the outgoing long wave component. Aerosols injected into the Stratosphere is the SRM technique which has been identified as potentially the most affordable and effective option for reducing incident short-wave radiation (Royal Society, 2009). here
The Royal Society is the national Academy of science in the UK, and its core is its Fellowship and Foreign Membership, supported by a dedicated staff in London and elsewhere. The Fellowship comprises the most eminent scientists of the UK, Ireland and the Commonwealth.

The evidence is self evident that our UK government is involved in the dictates of Agenda 21 yet are in blatant denial while our leading scientists and universities are being funded.
