…. I wrote to my MP plus Tesco CEO. After 2-3 letters I received a call from Tesco UK Communications Director who was pleased to have my ‘I Love Food’ (inside it said: Do You?’) card on his desk. I told him I suspected Tesco would still pander to the pharmaceutical associated lobby group. Credit where credit is due, they changed their minds!
“I am thrilled to announce that we have won the fight to get What Doctors Don’t Tell You (WDDTY) back into Tesco. We’re again being sold there as of this month. Our heartfelt thanks to all of you who protested against the ban. Your very vocal voices counted, and they were listened to. Please thank Tesco by returning to their store and doing your weekly shop there.”
It means others protested too and enough to make a difference. WHSmith next!
