Camp 14. North Korean prisoner escapes from hell to South Korea. After experiencing ‘freedom’ he now wants to return to the camp he escaped from.
Fri 9:02 pm +00:00, 12 Sep 2014 3The effect of having your freedom totally removed, or in this case, never even experiencing freedom, might not be what you expect it’s going to be. Hell on earth in a repressed prison camp was all he knew. Yet he misses the simplicity of his earlier life, now he’s living with money and financial worries in South Korea.
His hatred of his repression with beatings, torture and regular executions is exceeded by his hatred of the money system he now lives inside. Fascinating documentary. The guards and torturers who escaped from the camps have less desire to go back. Their minds seem more disturbed by the experience than those who were tortured. Karma at work.
It comes across as real or at least based on reality. What do you think? Is this real or manufactured?
