Why don’t kids know what vegetables are?

Because like most people today, they’re dumbed down.
They’ve no idea how to cook or grow vegetables or cook meat.
It has to be in a packet and have microwave instructions.
I’m almost at the top of our local allotment waiting list and should have one in a few months, I can’t wait. We grow some fruit and vegetables in the garden/greenhouse, but the allotment will really help.
We’ll keep a couple of chickens as well.
